Open Well Consulting was created simply to work with small to medium sized companies. These companies do not need an enterprise setup but do require a layout that is organized but yet manageable. Our goal is to help design a layout from the ground up or work with your current one.

How long have you been in business?

What is your primary product or service?
Provide consulting for layout of computer networks and media equipment. In addition can setup the layout if the customers request it. Computer training and much more.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Been working in the IT business for around 19 years. People kept telling me you are good at what you do why don't you start your own business.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I provide two services not just one. There is the consulting part then there is the actual install/service. I just don't come in and install equipment there is a plan layout period which will provide the customer with a custom install.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
For the moment only one location.

I am sole owner
What are your hours of operation?
My target times would be for the weekends and after 6pm. Simply due to the type of work done. Installing a network or upgrading equipment would disrupt normal business. Therefore, doing it outside of business hours reduces any conflicts.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
I have been told I am a a thoughtful and kind person who tries to do their best.
What is your favorite quote or Bible verse?
There are a few but it is the message of the Bible which is important not just a single verse or phrase. The one that stands out the most is John 3:16 for me
