Residential and Commercial moving services, packing services, and storage as required.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I worked for a moving company for a while in my younger years, and saw a need in my local community, and was able to fill it.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
The difference is in the level of experience and customer service. It is important to think ahead of the client whenever possible to ensure
that the move will go according to plan and very importantly according to schedule. Sometimes the client has not thought out all the additional requirements as far as packing materials and I need to ensure that we have all necessary items available to transport belongings, furniture, fragiles safely from point A to point B.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have 3 main locations in Miami Dade county, Broward County, and Palm Beach county, with 18 trucks out on the road at a time.
