What is your primary product or service?
Family Legal Service Plans that enable individuals and families to access the legal system for traditional everyday issues for an affordable price.
Also Identity Theft Protection Plans

How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I started out with my family, mainly one of my parents was involved as an associate and introduced me to the service before becoming an associate. I saw the value of having access to legal services especially when I was younger and had accumulated a few speeding tickets. When I moved to Florida 9 years ago I used it many times for contract review, speeding tickets and a Will.
Also a Free Will is included in a membership. So many people do not have a Will in place!
My background was childhood development, and I was a nanny.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Well my business service is affordable, modest price and it covers an entire family at the same fee. So if you have 6 kids and they live at home or are in college full time in another state, they are covered until 23.
Also we offer Identity Theft Protection, monitoring and restoration with the company help of Kroll who are the experts.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Mainly Florida and Maryland and yes I want to expand here. It's a great employee benefit to enhance a package.
And I welcome any new associates on my team to recruit.

The public, but I am working on certification for employee benefits and small business owners

I am an independent associate or agent so I run my own operation with the help of other associates.
We have business briefings every week and I will host some as a greeter.

mainly day time but I am flexible
