I am writing this ad with my current “guest " happily asleep leaning on my foot. This way if I move this "walkaholic" will race to the door in anticipation of yet another walk.
Most dog owners do not realize how upsetting it is to their best friend to be away from them and his familiar surroundings. I find it takes a day or two before they relax and start to enjoy the attention that I give them.
I win them over with lots of leisurely walks, with ample time to smell who has been there before, a sit by the lake to watch the ducks with me, or optional trips to the local dog park for a good run with new pals.
I live alone and I do not leave the house longer than half an hour when your dog is here, and I carefully monitor how he is eating and his general health.
Smaller dogs get lots of lap time and can sleep with me if they wish. (Sometimes even the big dogs pretend they are small and join me)!
The dogs are free to roam the house and find a comfortable place to snooze.
I send updates and photos on request so that you will know your best pal is in good hands.
There is no substitute for boarding your dog in a caring home that does not secretly pack dogs in just to make extra income!
All guests must have their vaccinations current so that there is no chance of contacting kennel cough. Also please ensure they have been bathed and are flea and tick free.
“Guests” are asked to please include everything they need for “camp”, leash, toys, food and bedding unless they are used to sleeping on a bed.

I am a retired businessman and since I am a dog lover this was an ideal way to keep busy.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I provide quality care to just a few dogs at a time. They get five walks a day and all the attention they need to overcome separation anxiety.
