How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We saw the growth curve of South Florida in 1940's and knew home construction would continue for the long term. After a few early hurricanes, we realized that even more than new construction, Re-roofing and Roof Repairs were important to existing residents and snowbirds, so we would extend our basket of services to include them too. Now, roof repairs and re-roofs are the lionshare of our business.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our reputation is earned every day, with each project. Because we've been in business for almost 7 decades, we've seen the ebb and flow of competitors who don't have staying power. The reason we're still here is because we know our stuff, and we keep our word. Many competitors are here today, gone tomorrow, so their warranties are worthless. Homeowners pay dearly for a trusted roof--they deserve a reliable company who will stand by its workmanship!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We serve all the way from Hollywood to Jupiter, from our central location in Boynton Beach. As the counties have grown in density and extended westward, our business has adapted accordingly. We expanded into Painting; we added solar expertise; we are becoming greener as products allow us. We were the first roofer to recycle shingle tear offs in South Florida, many years ago. Our core strengths remain roofing and painting, commercial and residential--from Hollywood to Jupiter.

Mike Gustafson is the current President and owner. He's here every day and very hands-on. He checks crews, meets with homeowners, and ensures our professionalism in attitude and technique is kept at the highest possible standard.

We're always here before 7am, and usually here well after 7pm. If you call, we'll likely answer right away.
