I've been in business for 40 years.
What is your primary product or service?
Air conditioning equipment
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was intrigued by mechanical equipment and loved Physics. This business incorporates both: it is always changing and a challenge to keep current with the new technology.
My backgroung is business, I've been in my own businesses since 1960. They include delivery service (ten years), manufacturing simulated marble (until the oil crisis) and air conditioning contracting.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Many of my clients have become personal friends because I take this business very personally.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I have one location and have growth plans, but no large expansion plans. It is a small business and I prefer staying small. It allows me to keep in touch with my clients.

What are your hours of operation?
We are open 8am to 5 PM but operate all hours for emergencies.
