How long have you been in business?
The Drug Abuse Treatment Association, Inc. [DATA] was formed in l980 by the consolidation of the Area Drug Abuse Council [ADAC] and [LINK, Inc.], two agencies that had existed and provided substance abuse services in Palm Beach County since l966. DATA is a private non-profit corporation, which is classified by the Internal Revenue Service as a charitable tax exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the IRS code. A similar tax exempt designation has been made by the State of Florida. In l985, DATA opened an 18-bed coed adolescent residential substance abuse treatment center in West Palm Beach. Since that time, DATA has opened many programs that fit on the continuum of substance abuse and delinquency treatment services

How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have an Outpatient and Residential facilities in West Palm Beach (45th Street) as well as Ft. Pierce (Selvitz Road), FL. We also have TASC Specialist in Indian River, Okeechobee and Martin Counties. We have approximately 35 counselors in school settings in Palm Beach and St. Lucie Counties.

West Palm Beach Outpatient - 561-844-3556 - I-95 to 45th Street, to East on 45th Street to Tiffany Drive - turn right on Tiffany Drive go 1 block to E. Tiffany Drive, turn right onto E. Tiffany Drive we are the 2nd building on the left, in Suite 102.
Ft. Pierce Outpatient - 772-595-3322 - I-95 to Midway Road, go East on Midway Road to Selvitz Road, go North on Selvitz Road 1 mile, turn right into second driveway (blue/grey building) at 4590 Selvitz Road.

9 a.m. - 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 9 - 5 on Friday.
